What we process

• Resume text. Your file is opened in your browser. Only the extracted text is sent to our servers. The original file is not uploaded or stored.
• Analysis results. We store the score, summary, four tips, detected language, file name, file size and timestamps.
• Account data. If you register: your email address and, for Google sign-in, basic profile information.
• Abuse protection. A one-way hash derived from your IP address, used to apply daily usage limits.

Third-party AI processing

Resume text is sent to a third-party AI model provider via the Lovable AI Gateway to generate the analysis. [Owner: confirm provider terms, data retention and international transfer safeguards.] The extracted text itself is not kept in our database after the analysis.

Retention and deletion
